By using the Zest4 Customer Portal, you confirm that you accept the terms set out below and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Zest4 Customer Portal.
You may use the Zest4 Customer Portal for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Zest4 Customer Portal in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
You agree not to interfere with, damage, reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of the Zest4 Customer Portal
Whilst Zest4 makes every attempt to regularly update the information contained within the Zest4 Customer Portal, Zest4 makes no warranty as to the accuracy of this information.
Users should not rely upon the Zest4 Customer Portal as a substitute for their monthly airtime invoice provided by Zest4.
Please be aware that Unbilled usage can be up to 48 hours behind, sometimes longer particularly when roaming on a foreign network.
Unbilled usage charges are not final and could be re-rated at the end of the billing month in accordance to the bundled service(s) you have in place.
Alerts against usage are provided by Zest4 with best endeavours and are not guaranteed. Alerts are produced after call files are processed and we are reliant on the networks to provide these in a timely manner. It is advised that alerts are used as a guide and accurate monitoring of usage should be performed via handset apps or mobile device management solutions.
Zest4 cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss suffered, however arising, from the use of, or reliance on the information contained within the Zest4 Customer Portal, or as a result of the Zest4 Customer Portal being unavailable .
To the extent that anything in these terms, or on the Zest4 Customer Portal, conflicts with the terms of your Reseller Agreement, then the terms of your Reseller Agreement shall prevail.
These terms, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
